Meet our New Attorney, Sean

We are excited to extend a warm welcome to the newest member of our team! Sean has joined the firm as our newest attorney. Get to know him as you’ll surely be working together soon!

Sean is a native of Baltimore, Maryland and has lived in Maryland his entire life.  After graduating from Calvert Hall College High School, he went on to Towson University where he earned his bachelor of arts degree in law enforcement.  Following graduation from college, Sean became a police officer with the United States Park Police in the Washington, DC area.  While serving as a police officer, Sean also attended the University of Baltimore School of Law where he earned his juris doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude in 2001.  Sean left the police force after eight years and began practicing law with a private law firm in Baltimore focusing on construction, contract and general commercial litigation and insurance defense.

In 2013, Sean left the law firm and, along with his wife, purchased a small home care agency in York, Pennsylvania.  Sean and his wife worked full-time in the agency and grew it from 35 employees to over 140 employees in the span of four years.  As owner of the agency, Sean handled all legal and regulatory matters for the agency.  Sean sold the agency in 2018 and returned to the private practice of law.

Sean is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia and the state courts of Pennsylvania.  Sean also holds the Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) designation from the Compliance Certification Board.

Sean lives in Hampstead with his wife, one of his three sons and a noisy parrot named Captain.  When Sean is not reviewing contracts or reading the latest health care news and regulations, he enjoys traveling, reading, college football and a wide and varied assortment of music.
