What Small Biz Owners and Teenage Drivers Have in Common

I know what you’re thinking: how could teenage drivers and small biz owners possibly have anything in common?

When my teenage daughter was learning how to drive, I found myself saying “What did you do that?!” in a moment of panic. Over the years, I’ve realized not only my daughter, but also small business owners cringe at that question. The sense of guilt and judgement doesn’t feel good for anyone. The question “what were you thinking?” is inherently judgmental, and the fear of that question is what leads many business owners not to consult their lawyers.
