30 Mar Non-Enforcement Period for FFCRA

We’ve gotten some questions about the Department of Labor not enforcing the Families First Corona Virus Act (FFCRA). The Department of Labor has been instructed to forgo enforcement of the FFCRA for one month. With the law taking effect on April 1, there is a 30-day non-enforcement period. This does not mean you don’t have to comply with the law.
