On April 1, 2020 the Department of Labor (DOL) added to our reading list by issuing a temporary regulation on the Families First Coronavirus Response Act discussing the Paid Sick Leave and Expanded FMLA leave. The DOL did offer some guidance on what the various reasons for taking the leave exist, what telework means and guidance on who is eligible for the leave.
