08 Apr SBA Paycheck Protection Program Regulations
April 3, 2020 is the first day business owners can apply for Paycheck Protection Program loans through the SBA. The SBA has issued an interim regulation that helps answer some questions. A big unanswered question right now is what to do about employees hired through and paid through a temp agency or similar situation. Hoepfully, the SBA will clarify that definition soon.
