As employers start bringing employees back onto the payroll, there are a few legal obligations to ensure employee safety, starting with OSHA (the Occupational Safety and Hazard Administration). OSHA requires employers made an effort to keep all employees reasonably safe from known hazards and hey, COVID-19 is a Known Hazard.
