Most people who recover from COVID do so in a pretty complete fashion, but there are more than a handful of people who have ongoing symptoms of what has been dubbed Long COVID. In this video, #MattTheLawyer talks about what long COVID is (from a non-medical perspective) and what employers should be doing now that the Department of Health and Human Services and the EEOC are considering Long COVID as a disability.
