22 Oct What the Vaccine Mandate Regulation Might Look Like
Although the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) has not released the emergency rule for employers with 100 or more employees promised by President Biden about a month ago, we will probably see it soon. But there is a preview of it based on what Federal Employees and Agencies must do to comply with the President’s Executive Order on Vaccines (see guidance here). In this video, Matt talks about what it could look like based on those Agency guidances.
The OSHA regulation may look similar, but we shall see as OSHA has many permutations to consider, not the least of which is how will remote workers be addressed and so much more.
