- Submission of 501c3 status to your state (once the federal government approves 501c3 status)
- Training of your initial Board of Directors on their fiduciary duties
- Two months of our Start-Up Subscription Services (a $350 value)
- Discounted rates on additional legal services
- Client must pay all government fees
Cost:
$2,000 flat fee. Client must also pay all government registration fees (approximately $475 for short form 501c3 registration; rate varies depending on your state of registration).
