Services included:
- State registration to become a Nonstock Corporation (includes articles of incorporation)
- Operating agreement
- EIN with the IRS
- Federal 501c3 application (note this price only applies to the 1023 short form)
- Submission of 501c3 status to your state (once 501c3 status is approved by the federal government)
- Up to two hours per month of responding to email communications for the first three months
- Discounted rates on additional legal services
- Client must pay all government fees
Cost:
$750 flat fee. Client must also pay all government registration fees (approximately $475 for short form 501c3 registration; rate varies depending on your state of registration).
