Small Business Start-Up Package $750
If you’re looking to start your business, we’ll handle all the necessary steps to get you established legally with the state. Our Small Business Start-Up plan will handle all the necessary registrations for you, and also provide up to two additional hours of consultation and communication time over the next three months to help you feel more comfortable. The $750 fee includes the following:
- Registration with the state (Maryland, Distict of Columbia, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia only)
- Obtain EIN from the IRS
- State tax authority registration
- Single Member LLC Operating Agreement
- Service as resident agent for one year (Maryland Companies Only)
- Two hours of communications time (email, phone, or Zoom) after registration is complete (additional time at a reduced hourly rate)
- Up to one hour meeting between two and three months after registration is complete
- One month free of our Starting Up Monthly Plan (if you commit to a six month Starting Up Monthly Plan)
Note: State registration and filing fees are additional and must be paid to the firm before submitting the registration to the state.

Nonprofit Start-Up Package $1,000
Starting a non-profit entity is a dream and goal of many individuals. When you are ready, let us guide you through the steps. With the Nonprofit Start-Up Package, we handle the entire registration process at both the state and federal levels. Let us take some weight off your shoulders, allowing you to focus on defining and implementing your mission. Services include:
- File state registration to become a Nonstock Corporation necessary for nonprofits (includes articles of incorporation)
- File for your EIN with the IRS
- Prepare and file federal 501(c)(3) application
- Register as a 501(c)(3) with your state once the federal government approves the status
- Service as resident agent for one year (Maryland nonprofits only)
- Prepare initial By-laws for the non-profit
- One hour training on Board Member Fiduciary Duties (done by Zoom or in person)
- Two hours hours of communications time (email, phone, or Zoom) after registration is complete (additional time at reduced hourly rate)
- Up to one hour meeting between two and three months after registration is complete
- One month free of our Starting Up Monthly Plan (if you commit to a six month Starting Up Monthly Plan)
